Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for Enterprise Datawarehouse solutions
- Conduct thorough testing of ETL and BI Reports to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and business rules
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in data management processes
- Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Validate data integration and data migration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Develop test scripts for data testing in Enterprise Datawarehouse for data accuracy, data completeness & data integrity
Requirements
- Overall 4 - 6 years of experience in Information Technology with specialization in Data Warehouse/ETL Quality Assurance
- 4+ years of hands-on proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for comparing and testing data
- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, including Extract Transform Load(ETL), Business Intelligence Reports, Dimension and Fact tables
- Experience in scripting for automation – using Python/Java would be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
