Responsibilities
Apply strong software development and test automation expertise to design, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality solutions
Lead quality practices across the development lifecycle, including defining and implementing test strategies
Build automation frameworks and develop automated and functional tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
Drive quality within CI/CD pipelines
Perform quality inspections and audits
Coach developers on quality best practices
Collaborate on test coverage, release velocity, and production health
Continuously leverage new technologies to improve testing processes and outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in automated testing environments
4+ years building strong test automation for web-based applications
4+ years working in Agile environments (SAFe Agile preferred)
2+ years of software development experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, TDD, and BDD principles
Experience testing enterprise applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
Expertise with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, Serenity, or Selenium
Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API automation (Rest Assured, ReadyAPI, JUnit)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Terracore)
Knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Multi-stack engineering experience across Java/J2EE, Spring, JavaScript/Angular, and web services
Experience creating mock services for microservice-based architectures
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, C#, TypeScript, Angular, HTML, XML, VB.NET)
Experience with source control and test management tools (Atlassian suite, XRay)
