Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Administer and monitor tests and assessments.
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the selection process, providing feedback and updates on progress.
Update and maintain the résumé database and candidate records.
Participate in alignment meetings with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of the positions.
Generate reports and metrics on the recruitment and selection process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
Prior experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within healthcare organizations.
Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with online recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
