Requirements

- Prior experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with online recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
