Testes e Validações: Realizar testes para verificar cenários relatados, garantindo a funcionalidade ideal.
Documentação Estruturada: Criar documentação técnica clara sobre erros e melhorias, facilitando o trabalho da equipe técnica e fiscal.
Facilitador da Comunicação: Auxiliar nas interações entre as áreas fiscal e técnica e os clientes, assegurando um alinhamento perfeito de informações.
Gerenciamento Eficiente de Chamados: Monitorar e encerrar chamados sem retorno, mantendo um fluxo de trabalho produtivo.
Relatórios de Atendimento: Registrar o tempo gasto em cada chamado, contribuindo para a nossa melhoria contínua.
Suporte Integral: Garantir o bom funcionamento do SAP e apoiar a equipe nas áreas comercial, financeira, administrativa e fiscal.
Requirements
Ter experiência em atendimento ao cliente.
Conhecimento em SAP (diferencial).
Graduação em Administração, Gestão Financeira, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
