Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in compensation (preferably in a large company or retail).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling.
- Familiarity with salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies (Hay/Korn Ferry).
