Responsibilities
Conduct compensation analyses and salary structure reviews, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal strategies.
Prepare studies on salary movements, job classifications, promotions, and periodic adjustments.
Maintain and update the salary table and pay ranges by role.
Support the design, review, and monitoring of variable compensation programs.
Perform financial simulations and support internal teams in understanding the models.
Metrics and analysis
Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses that support strategic business decisions.
Work with People Analytics on studies that correlate compensation, performance, and business outcomes.
Support the job evaluation and job description process.
Conduct salary surveys (external and internal), benchmarking, and consolidation of market indicators.
Contribute to the development of policies, guidelines, and processes within the area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in compensation (preferably in a large company or retail).
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling.
Familiarity with salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies (Hay/Korn Ferry).
