About the role

  • Compliance Analyst ensuring legal conformity in a leading healthcare company. Involves collaboration with legal teams, risk management, and corporate governance protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the actions set forth in the Group's Compliance Program and/or Data Protection Program, ensuring compliance through application of internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct and support business areas in compliance risk analyses and assessments of internal control requirements, proposing corrective and improvement measures.
  • Carry out third-party qualification processes for compliance risks—specifically corruption and data protection risks—through third-party due diligence and risk governance, ensuring adherence to the Group's ethical, security and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor reports received via the Whistleblowing Channel or internal requests, supporting investigations and the coordination of the Conduct Committee in cases of violations of the Group's Code of Conduct.
  • Support the drafting, review and dissemination of policies, standards and internal codes related to ethics, integrity and compliance.
  • Organize training on compliance, ethics, data protection and internal controls, as well as internal awareness campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and indicators to monitor the effectiveness of the Compliance and Data Protection Programs and the Whistleblowing Channel, contributing to the assessment of their effectiveness.
  • Keep compliance records and controls up to date, ensuring traceability and documentation of actions taken.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years.
  • Knowledge of corporate risk management, internal controls and auditing.
  • Familiarity with performance and risk indicators and reports (KPIs, KRIs).
  • Experience in executing third-party and supplier due diligence and risk management.
  • Desirable knowledge of ISO 37001 (Anti-bribery), ISO 37301 (Compliance Management Systems) and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or compliance management tools is desirable.
  • Intermediate English.
