About the role
- Management Information Analyst at Columbia Threadneedle calculating and paying management fee rebates accurately while providing MI to business areas and supporting the MI and Rebates Manager.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and pay management fee rebates in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide Management Information (MI) to all business areas, including clients
- Support the MI and Rebates Manager in daily tasks
- Liaise with the wider business on issues that may arise
- Ensure Third Party data is integrated where available
- Provide AUM and flow stats for RFPs
- Maintain and update Data Cube for Rebates & MI
- Setup and calculation of State Street-administered funds rebate payments and accruals
- Answering ad-hoc client queries
- Maintain good relationship with clients, administrators, and all areas of Columbia Threadneedle
Requirements
- Management Information experience – creating reports and spreadsheets
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs should be second nature)
- Understanding of basic accountancy procedures
- Attention to details

- Ability to work to tight deadlines

- Third party administrator and Rebate knowledge (if available)
