About the role

  • Supply Chain Analyst managing production planning for beauty products at Grupo Boticário and overseeing supply chain activities to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan product production according to demand, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and the agreed service level;
  • Plan finished goods production lines and monitor material purchases;
  • Manage SKU master data (Technical Lists/Bills of Materials, item master data, production versions, workflows, SAP parameters);
  • Interface with Operations and Business Units;
  • Manage SKU inventory levels through planning, ensuring inventory KPIs are maintained at agreed levels;
  • Conduct trade-off analyses considering inventory variables, losses and service/fulfillment;
  • Prepare materials and lead meetings with interface areas to provide visibility into deviations and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields);
  • Experience in production planning is mandatory;
  • Basic knowledge of the Supply Chain;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.);
  • Prior experience in Planning, Procurement, Production and/or Supply Chain is desirable.
