About the role
- Supply Chain Analyst managing supply orders and inventory as part of Grupo Boticário's operations in cosmetics. Ensuring product availability across Brazil and improving supply processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute order replenishment with excellence, ensuring products reach our franchisees, resellers and distributors, bringing beauty and delight across Brazil and to other countries.
- Analyze and create replenishment orders for sellable items in the portfolio (replenishment of franchisee points of sale).
- Adjust and maintain store inventories according to predefined parameters.
- Perform analyses and propose improvements to the replenishment process, as well as inventory policy models.
- Monitor and report performance indicators (e.g., stock coverage, out-of-stock, turnover, sales growth), ensuring action plans are in place to achieve targets.
- Prepare materials and lead result presentation sessions with franchisees and the commercial team.
- Be accountable for the operational results of the KPIs for your portfolio.
- Develop and execute action plans to improve results.
- Work directly with franchisees to ensure strong relationships and operational efficiency.
- Interface with partner areas (commercial, logistics, planning, and IT) to align demands and solutions.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in the replenishment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in retail in areas of store replenishment or demand planning.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google tools (Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of programming languages or BI tools (SQL, Python, Tableau or Looker) is a plus.
- Hybrid work model: Must reside in São Paulo or Curitiba.
