About the role

  • Supply Chain Analyst managing supply orders and inventory as part of Grupo Boticário's operations in cosmetics. Ensuring product availability across Brazil and improving supply processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute order replenishment with excellence, ensuring products reach our franchisees, resellers and distributors, bringing beauty and delight across Brazil and to other countries.
  • Analyze and create replenishment orders for sellable items in the portfolio (replenishment of franchisee points of sale).
  • Adjust and maintain store inventories according to predefined parameters.
  • Perform analyses and propose improvements to the replenishment process, as well as inventory policy models.
  • Monitor and report performance indicators (e.g., stock coverage, out-of-stock, turnover, sales growth), ensuring action plans are in place to achieve targets.
  • Prepare materials and lead result presentation sessions with franchisees and the commercial team.
  • Be accountable for the operational results of the KPIs for your portfolio.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve results.
  • Work directly with franchisees to ensure strong relationships and operational efficiency.
  • Interface with partner areas (commercial, logistics, planning, and IT) to align demands and solutions.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities in the replenishment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in retail in areas of store replenishment or demand planning.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google tools (Google Sheets).
  • Knowledge of programming languages or BI tools (SQL, Python, Tableau or Looker) is a plus.
  • Hybrid work model: Must reside in São Paulo or Curitiba.
