About the role

  • Analista de Departamento Pessoal in a leading frozen bakery company handling vacations and dismissals calculations, supporting human resources activities.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate individual and collective vacation pay, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
  • Prepare termination calculations, verifying severance payments, taxes and charges;
  • Organize, control and file documents related to labor claims, providing support to the legal department when necessary;
  • Prepare reports and controls to monitor vacations, terminations and other department routines;
  • Keep employee records up to date, ensuring integrity and confidentiality of information;
  • Support other Personnel and Payroll department activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience in personnel/payroll routines, especially in vacation and termination calculations;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience with the Senior system;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
