About the role

  • ERP Consultant focused on enhancing client business processes using ERP Software. Engage with clients and develop solutions while collaborating within a stable German software company.

Responsibilities

  • You actively shape the implementation and ongoing development of our ERP software for retail.
  • You work closely with clients and take their business processes to the next level.
  • You provide comprehensive consultancy to trading companies on the implementation and further development of our ERP system (inventory management, warehouse management, financial accounting, archiving) and support them throughout the entire process.
  • You analyze processes and get them running by implementing targeted adjustments in the ERP system.
  • You are the first point of contact for complex challenges and find pragmatic solutions.
  • You test new features, identify improvement potential, and contribute your ideas.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our software.
  • You document all processes and share your knowledge through training sessions.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship (ideally in retail) and several years of experience in the industry.
  • You have a strong technical understanding and are comfortable with software, its development, and systems.
  • You can quickly grasp complex processes and map them to our ERP software.
  • You explain things clearly and understandably, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You think cross-functionally and are highly motivated to dive into new and complex topics.
