Responsibilities
Internalize, reflect on, and communicate agile values and principles to our clients' teams and management
Develop target visions and a tailored “Agile Transformation Roadmap” for agile change — in coordination with IT and the business units
Establish continuous learning, ongoing development, and an open error culture in the operational project environment
Foster the development of an agile mindset — individually, at team level, and across the organization
Requirements
University degree (completed), preferably with additional qualifications
Proven professional and project experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager, or Agile Coach in consulting
A deeply ingrained agile mindset
Practical experience supporting multiple agile teams — e.g., as a coach, guide, or navigator
Empathy and communication skills, a strong team spirit, and excellent methodological knowledge in facilitation, change management, and team development
Business-fluent German and English and willingness to travel as required
