Responsibilities
Provide in-store selling and education to store management and staff
Be responsible for the territory and overall sales target across Sephora, Ulta, and Department Stores
Collaborate with Department Managers and Store Managers to assess brand performance and develop plans to address sales shortfalls
Represent the Clarins brand by planning and participating in events to drive retail sales
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Skills in managing multiple projects, event schedules, and meeting critical deadlines
