About the role

  • Sales Executive providing in-store training and achieving sales targets across top retailers for Clarins. Fostering brand development and collaborating with retail partners in Denver.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-store selling and education to store management and staff
  • Be responsible for the territory and overall sales target across Sephora, Ulta, and Department Stores
  • Collaborate with Department Managers and Store Managers to assess brand performance and develop plans to address sales shortfalls
  • Represent the Clarins brand by planning and participating in events to drive retail sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Skills in managing multiple projects, event schedules, and meeting critical deadlines
