About the role

  • Assistant Digital Learning Manager supporting training design and development at Bel Group. Collaborating on e-learning projects and managing the learning platform with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design of digital learning and promotion of the training offering
  • Co-design and develop internal training and communication materials
  • Manage and track e‑learning projects with external providers through to deployment
  • Monitor the quality of content delivered by third‑party providers
  • Coordinate and facilitate targeted internal training sessions
  • Administration and development of the Group’s learning platform (LMS)
  • Set up, update, and integrate e‑learning content
  • Deliver remote training on platform use to local key users
  • Lead and coordinate the design and rollout of flagship training programs

Requirements

  • Master's-level student (M2)
  • Studying for a degree in Human Resources, Training, Digital Learning, or a related field
  • Curious and proactive
  • Interest in data and technology
  • Communication skills in French and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Team player
