About the role

  • Analyst coordinating the monthly S&OP cycle collaborating with Demand, Supply, and Master Planning teams. Responsible for validating forecasts and analyzing sales data in Montreal, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle in collaboration with Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Master Planning teams
  • Review and validate forecasts by customer and brand with account managers
  • Prepare S&OP reports and supporting documentation for the S&OP cycle milestones
  • Prepare and lead monthly Sales Forecast and Planning Review S&OP meetings
  • Analyze sales, forecast, production and inventory data to establish short- and medium-term plans
  • Produce weekly sales, inventory level and production load reports
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, plant and supply chain teams on S&OP topics and develop action plans and scenarios
  • Identify and escalate medium- and long-term planning and procurement risks, and develop solutions jointly with all departments
  • Integrate sales and procurement data into the S&OP tool
  • Represent the Canada business unit on S&OP matters within the Bel Group

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Economics
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in demand planning and/or procurement planning within a large organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) with strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of JDA and SAP is an asset
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent ability to present complex topics and build alignment
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Autonomous, proactive and problem-solving oriented
  • Experience working with cross-functional responsibilities and a strong team orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and implement action plans
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams to support change positively through collaboration
