About the role

  • Supply Chain Technician managing procurement, logistics, and inventory for AEG Power Solutions. Ensuring timely and accurate documentation within the supply chain to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers to track order status and delivery schedules.
  • Enter order acknowledgments and confirmations into the system in SAP4 Hana.
  • Analyze material requirements and inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to clarify needs and resolve supply issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications with suppliers.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
