Responsibilities
Collaborate with a cross-functional team, implement new solutions, and drive efficiency at every turn.
Gain practical experience by navigating through our ERP system to align demand, supply and capacity to support service objectives.
Lead cross-functional meetings aligning positive and negative forecast bias based on forecast trends and models.
Create rough cut capacity plan (RCCP) that is in alignment with customer requests.
Manage manufacturing load ensuring component supply meets the plan requirements.
Dive into historical data to identify patterns, seasonality, and trends.
Manage planning and scheduling for new product introduction and product transitions.
Engage in discussions, ask questions, and observe how decisions are made collaboratively to align supply with demand.
The GSCP has primary responsibility for aligning customer service, inventory levels and cost.
Develop and maintain master schedule to balance demand, supply and capacity.
