Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain B2B customer relationships with a focus on SMEs
  • Develop innovative financing solutions tailored to your customers' needs
  • Conduct independent negotiations and make decisions within your authority and KPIs — you help shape our approach
  • Responsible for sales and customer development in your territory
  • Actively implement modern sales concepts — you are our face of success on site

Requirements

  • A degree (Business Administration, Economics) or commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in the banking/financial sector
  • Enthusiasm for sales and customer management in the B2B sector, ideally with experience in leasing
  • Strong negotiation skills, initiative and a pronounced service-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • Team player with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
