About the role

  • Inbound Sales Development Representative responsible for qualifying inbound leads for Green Street. Collaborating on campaign strategies and managing lead pipelines for the commercial real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on call and email campaign strategies to qualify inbound sales-ready leads
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the Green Street product offerings, and the companies and prospects who would use them
  • Hold qualification calls with the leads that are assigned to you
  • Build and manage an extensive lead pipeline, hitting on-time activities
  • Consistently achieve inbound qualified meeting goals as well as other daily KPIs
  • Research accounts and key prospects, generate interest, and develop relationships to stimulate opportunity

Requirements

  • You've done some selling in the past or have the ability and desire to become great at finance/software sales
  • You strive for excellence, you find ways to overachieve, keep improving and challenge yourself
  • You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face
  • Basic understanding of the financial and investing sectors
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment
