Responsibilities
Training clients on Green Street’s News services, as well as our methodology and web-based platform
Obtaining and effectively communicating responses to client questions and requests
Providing feedback from clients to assess possible enhancements to existing products and the need for new products
Renewing existing accounts with increased service levels and pricing (focused on Evergreen accounts)
Demonstrating expertise in communicating and selling all aspects of the Green Street platform
Transitioning new clients from point of sale to the Green Street platform
Maintaining accurate customer database of industry contacts and interactions for reporting
Consistently providing detailed updates on activities to Account Management team
Contributing to team effort and work on special projects
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue for New Business
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
Superior relationship management skills and a desire to help people
Strong motivation to achieve results and collaborate effectively with team members
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
