About the role

  • Event Marketing Specialist focusing on community building and event strategies at Greenflash. Developing innovative event formats while ensuring stakeholder engagement and achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Community building: You use your passion for trade shows and events to build sustainable relationships with companies, customers, and partners, creating genuine person-to-person trust.
  • Target-audience focus: You analyze and understand your audiences to precisely align events and consistently deliver on defined objectives.
  • Rethink and evolve event concepts: You develop innovative event formats and topics that engage participants while supporting our strategic goals.
  • Event planning and execution: You coordinate all activities related to our events — from trade shows to digital formats — and ensure smooth on-site delivery with a strong eye for detail.
  • Stakeholder management: You ensure clear, reliable communication and actively involve all internal and external stakeholders in the process.
  • Campaign and budget planning: You take a holistic approach to events: together with the marketing team you develop integrated campaigns and are responsible for planning and controlling budgets and timelines.
  • Make your impact visible: You measure and analyze results, derive concrete recommendations for action, and directly contribute to the vision of a CO₂-neutral industry.
  • Responsibility from day one: You take ownership of the events area from day one and work with the marketing team to build scalable structures and processes.

Requirements

  • You hold vocational training, a degree, or have several years of experience in trade show/event management and event marketing.
  • Team player with strong communication skills: You demonstrate excellent teamwork, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
  • Organizational talent and project management skills: You excel in organization and possess solid project management expertise.
  • Personable presence: Your friendly demeanor and enjoyment of working with people make you a valued contact person.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365: You have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
