Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including internal kick-offs, speaker coordination, registration, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
Drive the strategic planning and execution of industry-specific events to build key relationships and achieve business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new event opportunities.
Represent the DailyPay brand at live events, assisting with set-up, tear-down, and on-site coordination.
Manage event timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and brand teams.
Create and manage event landing pages, invitations, and all promotional content to ensure a cohesive attendee journey.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with the broader marketing funnel and business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or another related field of study
3+ years of work experience in field marketing events
Strong project management skills, with an extreme focus on organization, details, and deadlines.
A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how events drive business objectives.
