Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you represent us externally at client meetings, trade shows, and similar events.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the CEO and support strategic deals.
Proactively identify and approach potential customers through active outreach and networking.
Responsible for cold calling and testing new sales approaches.
Manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing.
CRM: You will help us effectively manage, analyze, and improve customer relationships.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
You are structured, disciplined, and bring a high level of motivation and the right mindset to continuously improve.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and maintain long-term customer loyalty.
You are a team player and find it easy to motivate and inspire others.
You enjoy travel as part of the job as much as ongoing professional development in sales.
An engineering or technical background is a plus.
You speak German fluently (at least C1 level) and have very good English skills, including in business conversations.
