Responsibilities
- Oversee operational, financial, and cultural performance across assigned senior living communities.
- Lead Executive Directors (EDs), collaborate with Regional Directors of Clinical Operations (RDCOs).
- Partner with corporate leaders to maintain compliance with state and applicable regulations.
- Drive financial performance through effective budget oversight, occupancy management, and cost control.
- Maintain safe, well-maintained environments through regular site visits and vendor management.
- Serve as a primary liaison between community leadership, ownership, and corporate teams.
Requirements
- A degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of multi-site leadership experience in senior living or healthcare required.
- Proven success in operational excellence and financial oversight.
- Working knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living and Wisconsin DHS CBRF and RCAC regulations strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel frequently throughout assigned communities.
