Responsibilities
Oversee operational, financial, and cultural performance across assigned senior living communities.
Lead Executive Directors (EDs), collaborate with Regional Directors of Clinical Operations (RDCOs).
Partner with corporate leaders to maintain compliance with state and applicable regulations.
Drive financial performance through effective budget oversight, occupancy management, and cost control.
Maintain safe, well-maintained environments through regular site visits and vendor management.
Serve as a primary liaison between community leadership, ownership, and corporate teams.
Requirements
A degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
At least 5 years of multi-site leadership experience in senior living or healthcare required.
Proven success in operational excellence and financial oversight.
Working knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living and Wisconsin DHS CBRF and RCAC regulations strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel frequently throughout assigned communities.
