About the role

  • Regional Director overseeing operational, financial, and cultural performance across senior living communities in Minnesota/Wisconsin. Leading teams and ensuring compliance with regulations while driving performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational, financial, and cultural performance across assigned senior living communities.
  • Lead Executive Directors (EDs), collaborate with Regional Directors of Clinical Operations (RDCOs).
  • Partner with corporate leaders to maintain compliance with state and applicable regulations.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budget oversight, occupancy management, and cost control.
  • Maintain safe, well-maintained environments through regular site visits and vendor management.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between community leadership, ownership, and corporate teams.

Requirements

  • A degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of multi-site leadership experience in senior living or healthcare required.
  • Proven success in operational excellence and financial oversight.
  • Working knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living and Wisconsin DHS CBRF and RCAC regulations strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel frequently throughout assigned communities.
