Responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices and issue payments
Assist site staff with outstanding vendor accounts and statements
W-9 procurement, vendor setup, lien waiver collection, and preparation of 1099’s
Cash management entries, positive pay submissions, and bank reconciliations
Reconcile accounts receivable and support monthly billing
Process general ledger adjusting entries and account reconciliations
Produce monthly financial statements
Prepare annual Certificates of Rent Paid for residential tenants
Enter annual budgets
Requirements
2- or 4-year degree in accounting, finance or similar field
2-4 years of experience in accounting or related field
Strong general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable knowledge
Proficient computer skills, experience with Excel required (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc…)
Prior experience with RealPage, Eldermark, or property management experience a plus
Demonstrate strong time-management skills with the ability to regularly shift priorities as needed to meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills for regular coordination with site and corporate staff
