About the role
- Accountant responsible for supporting ongoing financial accounting, especially in accounts receivable and accounts payable. In a dynamic team in Berlin, requiring structured and independent work while enjoying team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt bei der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
- Du prüfst, kontierst und buchst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen – sicher und zuverlässig.
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB mit.
- Du setzt dein Wissen im Umsatzsteuerrecht gezielt ein – insbesondere §15 UStG sollte dir vertraut sein.
- Du arbeitest mit modernen Buchhaltungssystemen wie SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), DATEV oder Addison.
- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung und Einhaltung unserer internen Prozesse ein.
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte*r, Bürokaufmann/-frau oder einen Bilanzbuchhalterlehrgang
- 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in der Dienstleistungsbranche
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1), Englisch ist ein Plus
- Sicherer Umgang mit mindestens einem der genannten Buchhaltungssysteme
- Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise – und gleichzeitig Freude an echter Teamarbeit
