Responsibilities
End-to-end project management of grant applications, from submission through disbursement of funds
Managing all communications with customers and authorities
Strategic development and maintenance of customer relationships
Analysis, preparation and calculations for audit bodies
Onboarding customers to the software and supporting them with digitized processes
Responsible for digital, traceable documentation and compliance
Early identification of customer needs and proactive advisory support
Targeted forwarding of customer feedback to the product team
Requirements
First experience in project management or consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role
Structured and independent working style with an ability to oversee multiple projects
Self-motivated, responsible, with a hands-on mentality
Enjoy interacting with customers; confident and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills in German and English
Strong understanding of processes, numbers and digital solutions
Ideally, a degree in economics/business administration
