About the role

  • Senior Product Designer crafting user experiences for enterprise products at Superhuman. Collaborating with top companies to enhance workflow and design integration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise admin and migration experiences: Shape end-to-end designs for Coda’s admin tools, onboarding flows, and importers that help customers transition from other products into Coda.
  • Collaborate directly with customers: Partner with some of our largest accounts to understand their needs and translate them into clear, usable designs.
  • Own your craft: Execute at a high level of design quality—from flows to polished interfaces—balancing clarity, usability, and craft.
  • Experiment and iterate quickly: Work closely with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving environment where we test, learn, and refine ideas together.
  • Contribute to our design system: Help evolve our design patterns and components as we scale to support more teams and enterprise use cases.
  • Be part of a supportive team: Work alongside a collaborative group of designers who give thoughtful feedback, share ideas openly, and help each other grow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience turning ideas into shipped products that users love, ideally with experience in enterprise, admin, data integration systems, or simply a knack for solving difficult problems.
  • Proven ability to design clear, scalable, and delightful user experiences that simplify complex workflows.
  • Portfolio demonstrating how you’ve transformed challenging product problems into elegant solutions.
  • Comfortable working end-to-end—from early discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys collaboration and iteration.
  • Embodies Grammarly’s EAGER values (ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, remarkable) and is inspired by our MOVE principles (move fast and learn faster; obsess about creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust).
  • Based in Berlin, with a willingness to travel occasionally to our hubs in New York and San Francisco for events and get-togethers.

Benefits

  • Professional growth: We believe that autonomy and trust are key to empowering our team members to do their best, most innovative work in a way that aligns with their interests, talents, and well-being. We also support professional development and advancement with training, coaching, and regular feedback.
  • A connected team: Superhuman builds a product that helps people connect, and we apply this mindset to our own team. Our remote-first hybrid model enables a highly collaborative culture. We work to foster belonging among team members in a variety of ways. This includes our employee resource groups, Superhuman Circles, which promote connection among those with shared identities including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ team members, women, and parents. We also celebrate our colleagues and accomplishments with global, local, and team-specific programs.
  • Comprehensive benefits for candidates based in Germany: Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing life care (including mental health care and risk benefits) and ample and defined time off. We also offer support to set up a home office, wellness and pet care stipends, learning and development opportunities, and more.
  • Relocation Support: Superhuman provides comprehensive relocation support to make your move to Berlin seamless. Our package includes visa assistance, destination services to help you and your family settle in comfortably, and a relocation bonus to cover additional expenses, such as temporary housing.
