Responsibilities
Lead enterprise admin and migration experiences: Shape end-to-end designs for Coda’s admin tools, onboarding flows, and importers that help customers transition from other products into Coda.
Collaborate directly with customers: Partner with some of our largest accounts to understand their needs and translate them into clear, usable designs.
Own your craft: Execute at a high level of design quality—from flows to polished interfaces—balancing clarity, usability, and craft.
Experiment and iterate quickly: Work closely with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving environment where we test, learn, and refine ideas together.
Contribute to our design system: Help evolve our design patterns and components as we scale to support more teams and enterprise use cases.
Be part of a supportive team: Work alongside a collaborative group of designers who give thoughtful feedback, share ideas openly, and help each other grow.
Requirements
3+ years of experience turning ideas into shipped products that users love, ideally with experience in enterprise, admin, data integration systems, or simply a knack for solving difficult problems.
Proven ability to design clear, scalable, and delightful user experiences that simplify complex workflows.
Portfolio demonstrating how you’ve transformed challenging product problems into elegant solutions.
Comfortable working end-to-end—from early discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys collaboration and iteration.
