Requirements
- Degree in Architecture and Urbanism.

- Previous experience at developers, construction companies or architecture firms focused on real estate development in the economic/mass-market segment.
- Strong knowledge of São Paulo urban legislation (Zoning Law, Strategic Master Plan, Building Code).
- Coordination and integration of multidisciplinary projects | AutoCAD (advanced), Revit, SketchUp and Microsoft Office | Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and collaborative work style, clear and objective communication, organized and detail-oriented.
