About the role

  • Dental Practice Consultant working with dental practices to optimize workflows and utilize AI solutions. Engaging with clients and enhancing their practice performance through strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our dentists and practice teams; analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Maintain your own client portfolio and be responsible for monitoring relevant KPIs.
  • Evaluate practices’ business and financial metrics and use these insights to develop upselling and cross-selling strategies for our products.
  • Conduct organizational analyses and quality management audits in dental practices.
  • Deliver workshops for practice teams: demonstrate how our AI solutions streamline daily operations and improve practice results.
  • Collect feedback from practices and relay it in a structured way to our product team so we can continuously improve our solutions.
  • Support our sales teams in identifying new clients and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Dental Administrative Assistant (ZMV) or a comparable qualification in dentistry/practice management.
  • Several years of experience in leading or consulting dental practices—ideally within larger practice groups.
  • Knowledge of practice management, organizational analysis, and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of billing, financial reporting, and controlling in dental practices.
  • Experience implementing software or digital tools in healthcare and a comfort working with quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust and address difficult topics constructively.
  • Affinity for technology, a digital mindset, and enthusiasm for AI-powered innovations.
  • Very good German language skills; good English skills are an advantage.
