About the role

  • Communications Advisor responsible for strategic communication plans and event coordination at Quebec Airport. Producing content, managing budgets, and supporting internal teams with communication challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy strategic communication plans to support the organization’s projects and initiatives
  • Create and distribute internal and external content (newsletters, intranet platforms, social media)
  • Organize and coordinate events and internal committees
  • Conduct a daily press review and monitor media coverage and the results of communication activities
  • Advise and support internal teams on communication matters
  • Manage budgets and vendors related to communication projects
  • Lead multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring prioritization, follow-up, and high-quality deliverables

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar communications role
  • Excellent writing skills in French
  • Strong proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and graphic or video creation tools
  • Knowledge of social media and content management platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment where accuracy and high-quality communications are essential
