About the role

Responsibilities

  • As an Account Director, you will be responsible for aligning commercial activities with the business unit’s strategic objectives.
  • You will develop new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and actively contribute to revenue growth.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Exceed sales targets and document results.
  • Master the product portfolio to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close profitable commercial agreements.
  • Effectively manage a sales territory according to a defined strategy.
  • Attend industry events (conferences, trade shows, etc.).
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up on client requests and concerns.

Requirements

  • Professionalism, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of technology tools (CRM, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze needs and overcome objections.
  • Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
