Execute proof-of-concept initiatives to validate our platform’s fit for enterprise clients.
Assist in crafting compelling responses to customer requests for information.
Guide enterprise customers on leveraging our solutions to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Educate sales and customer success teams on best-in-class demonstrations and sales methodologies.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales consulting, or a related technical sales role in a SaaS or tech environment.
Experience working with APIs and Webhooks.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-Level executives.
Deep understanding of helpdesk/ticketing systems and customer support processes.
Background in value-based selling methodologies.
Nice-to-Have: Experience in the e-commerce sector.
Ability to automate business processes and understand complex technical architectures.
A passion for scaling sales processes and driving customer-centric solutions.
