About the role
- Junior Technical Solutions Engineer working with Linkster's Influencer Performance Cloud. Collaborating with teams to handle technical challenges and support Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- As a Junior Technical Solutions Engineer (or working student) at Linkster, you will work closely with our CTO and play a central role in resolving technical issues related to our product — the Linkster Influencer Performance Cloud.
- You will act as the bridge between Customer Success, customers, and Engineering, ensuring technical challenges are resolved efficiently and cleanly.
- You will analyze and resolve technical tickets from the Customer Success team (e.g., bugs, data issues, logic questions).
- You will independently familiarize yourself with existing codebases and identify root causes of technical problems.
- You will communicate proactively with Customer Success and customers to understand requirements and explain solutions clearly.
- You will use a modern development stack including AI to develop and implement solutions efficiently.
- You will assist with feature adjustments and technical optimizations of our platform (Frontend: Angular, Backend: Ruby on Rails).
- You will work closely with our CTO and gradually take on more responsibility for technical implementation.
Requirements
- You have drive and a desire to solve technical problems independently.
- You have experience in programming (for example through studies, projects, or internships).
- Ideally experienced with Ruby (on Rails), JS frontend frameworks (such as Angular), RESTful APIs, and SQL databases (such as Postgres).
- You are strong in communication and can explain clearly to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., customers, Customer Success).
- You have strong analytical skills and approach problems in a structured way.
- You are highly self-motivated and enjoy working independently.
- You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
- As a working student, you can commit to 15–20 hours per week, or you are available for a full-time role.
