Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and confidential chauffeur services for company directors and guests.
- Plan routes and travel schedules using strong regional knowledge and effective use of navigation technology
- Maintain company vehicles in excellent condition, coordinating servicing, MOTs, and repairs as required
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, and maintenance
- Support administrative tasks at company premises (e.g., scheduling, meeting preparation, guest reception)
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
- Demonstrate discretion, reliability, and patience, often working with minimal notice
Requirements
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur or driver for business leaders or private households
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Evidence of formal driver training (e.g., RoSPA, IAM, or equivalent certification). Where not already obtained, training must be completed before commencing employment
- Excellent driving awareness, route planning skills, and comfort with unpredictable schedules.
- Calm and courteous under pressure, with impeccable personal presentation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to work uneven or changing hours, including evenings and weekends
