About the role
- Founder Associate role focused on finance planning and refinancing for innovative energy solutions startup. Collaborating with CEO and CFO in dynamic Munich team.
Responsibilities
- Support for the executive management, particularly in Corporate Finance, in business and financial planning and liquidity management
- Support the refinancing team in strategic business development and the creation of new refinancing solutions for solar installations and heat pumps
- Prepare documentation for refinancing partners/banks
- Conduct market and competitive research
Requirements
- Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, (Industrial/)Engineering, or Renewable Energy)
- Ideally some professional experience in Structured Finance or collaborating with banks, insurance companies, or similar institutions
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Agicap is a plus
- Strong communication skills (German and English) and team spirit
- Independent and structured way of working
