Responsibilities
- 盤點流程：與團隊一起整理現行流程的實際操作方式，釐清每個流程節點的輸入、輸出與使用工具。
- 拆解與調整流程：分析並標示可簡化、可自動化，或可導入 AI 工具協助的流程環節。
- 實作自動化與 AI 解法：針對實際流程節點，建立自動化流程，包含既有自動化工具的設定，以及 AI 服務 API 的串接與應用。
- 執行與優化：實際運行已建立的流程，依使用回饋與情境進行調整，確保流程穩定、可維護。
- 整理與分享：將流程設計、資料結構與實作方式整理成文件，供團隊理解、討論，並評估是否可延伸應用至其他流程。
Requirements
- 對自動化工具與 AI 應用有基本了解，並願意實際動手導入流程中 （如 Make, Zapier, n8n 等自動化工具，或 ChatGPT, Gemini 等 LLM API 的應用）。
- 具備好奇心與自我驅動能力，喜歡拆解問題、理解流程，並尊重在權衡後所做出的決策。
- 具備良好的自我管理能力，能在明確目標下安排時間與進度，完成交付任務。
- 對資料結構與流程有基本概念，曾參與資料流程或專案（從問題探索、需求定義到執行與優化）。
- 能將流程與資料結構整理成清楚的文件，讓他人可理解、查閱與延續討論。
- 可閱讀基本英文技術文件。
- 採實體與遠端混合的工作模式，按照實際需求安排。
- 每週可配合至少 24 小時，並可投入 6 個月以上的期間。
