About the role
- Supervisor in RSM’s Advanced Analytics and AI Consulting practice focusing on data, machine learning, and AI solutions. Collaborating with teams to deliver advanced analytics projects for clients.
Responsibilities
- Help clients transform their businesses through data, machine learning, and AI.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models using Python, R, Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Support Generative AI and AI Agent projects, contributing to prompt design, data preparation, and model evaluation.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and build features to support model training and business insights.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with data and AI solution design.
- Develop data pipelines and analytics solutions using leading cloud technology tools and products.
- Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Contribute to project documentation, quality assurance, and testing, ensuring accuracy and scalability of deliverables.
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver holistic client outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, machine learning, or business intelligence solution development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
- Strong proficiency with cloud data services such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Demonstrated experience building data science, machine learning, and/or agentic AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency SQL and data engineering processes.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment.
- Passion for using AI and advanced analytics to solve real business problems.
