About the role
- IT Business Analyst supporting analysis, documentation, and implementation of IT solutions at Antenna Group. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technology-driven projects.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs
- Analyze existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with IT, external vendors, and business teams across all project phases
- Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user guides.
- Monitor project progress and assist in reporting and issue tracking.
- Provide support during system implementation and post-deployment phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration**, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in **IT business analysis** or related role.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to **ERP systems** (experience in ERP consulting projects will be considered a strong asset)
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or other core business platforms
- Solid understanding of **Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)**.
- Experience with **data analysis tools and reporting tools **(e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Strong **analytical, problem-solving and documentation** skills.
- Effective **communication and teamwork** abilities.
