About the role

  • Solutions Consultant Lead driving the design and rollout of integrated TA solutions. Leading teams to deliver user-centric, data-informed solutions for General Motors.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for TA and HR leadership on TA solution enablement strategy and priorities
  • Oversee the development and execution of solution roadmaps for TA, ensuring integration, scalability, and user-centricity
  • Ensure rigorous documentation of requirements, solution options, and decision rationale
  • Oversee sourcing and procurement activities for TA solutions, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, information systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in TA, TA technology, or business process consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project portfolio management skills
  • Deep understanding of HR technology, integration concepts, and data flows
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change leadership abilities.
