Responsibilities
- Administers GM's Treasury Management System, confirms all trades done with banks
- Oversees bank portal access/control, and process compliance related to treasury payments
- Focuses on maintaining and improving business operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency across teams and systems
- Responsible for GM Treasury compliance & controls, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Supports audit requests and documentation
- Manages Treasury Management Systems and ensures data integrity
- Coordinates training and adoption efforts, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Leads project of upcoming TMS upgrade and implementation
- Addresses operational disruptions and ensures contingency plans are in place
- Ensures timely and accurate settlement of FX, derivatives, and money market transactions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Finance, Accounting or Treasury
- Bachelors in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering or related
- Experience with TM Systems (WallStreet Suite, SAP, FIS- Quantum)
