Responsibilities
Join the hospital education team as a dynamic, efficient and motivated Administrator
Support the outreach team and those who teach in Gloucester Royal Hospital
Collaborate with students, parents and other professionals associated with students
Work Monday to Friday, approx. 8:00am to 4:00pm for 39 weeks per annum, (term time plus In-service days) 37 hours per week
Handle administrative tasks as part of the support team
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively and develop positive relationships with the wider school community
Professional telephone manner and confidence on the phone
Excellent administrative and ICT skills
Knowledge of SIMS would be beneficial; however, training will be provided
Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality regarding the nature of the work and act with integrity, high levels of tact and discretion
Well-organised, flexible, calm and resilient
Ability to relate well to children and adults
Constructive teamwork with an understanding of school roles and responsibilities
