Requirements
A degree in a relevant subject or compensating work experience in a relevant, related field.
Demonstrable experience in Membership licencing, Customer service, Resolution management, and Stakeholder Management.
Previous experience of following competition rules and regulations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers and Basketball England members.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the role.
