About the role

  • Sales Development Representative supporting inbound and outbound demand for home service businesses and developing into a full-cycle sales team member. Collaborating with AEs and marketing teams for lead generation and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • This role exists to support our growing inbound and outbound demand and to develop the next full-cycle sales team member.
  • You’ll learn our sales motion end-to-end while directly impacting revenue from day one.
  • Inbound lead qualification and routing - speed to lead follow-up.
  • You will help manage and build our AI sales assistants to support our inbound lead routing.
  • Outbound lead generation - Working with AEs and marketing to target and go after high-value outbound leads.
  • SMB sales - As you are training for a full-cycle AE role, you will train to conduct demos for SMB prospects to learn our products, processes, and market.
  • GTM Engineering - We are focused on using AI tools to automate ‘mundane’ job functions so the team can focus on driving value and customer connections.

  • Technically savvy and able to utilize sales tools and AI platforms to create ‘high-leverage’ from your time.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills - you pay attention to details and are good at getting ideas explained succinctly and effectively.
  • Career growth goal of being a full-cycle Sr. Account executive.
  • Problem-solving and coachability: We spend 2-3 hours per week in team coaching/practice.
  • Experience in a startup or small business that is moving/changing fast (early stage).
