Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (or equivalent) with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly, including variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
- Skilled in financial systems and reporting; experience with Cognos Analytics TM1 and OneStream is a plus.
- Background in global multi-site manufacturing, preferably aerospace, with knowledge of complex processes and working capital management.
- Ability to lead change, mentor others, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated success in finance roles, with expertise in budgeting, control, pricing, analytics, and reporting.
- Forward-thinking, relationship-oriented, and adept at driving process automation and efficiency.
- Excellent in Swedish and English, both in writing and spoken word.
