About the role

  • FP&A Analyst supporting finance functions at GKN Aerospace. Handling financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support in a global context based in Trollhättan.

Responsibilities

  • Support the finance functions with business analytics.
  • Develop financial plans.
  • Support decision making through financial evaluation.
  • Review financial results (providing analysis and insight).
  • Manage financial risk and ensure financial control within the multi-site.
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a business partner to management and other functions, providing financial insight and ensuring financial integrity.
  • Review and challenge monthly results and forecasts, assessing risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, actionable management information to support decision-making and performance improvement, focusing on cost competitiveness and cash generation.
  • Lead/perform review and challenge of monthly multi-site financial results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and promote best practices across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance (or equivalent) with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly, including variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
  • Skilled in financial systems and reporting; experience with Cognos Analytics TM1 and OneStream is a plus.
  • Background in global multi-site manufacturing, preferably aerospace, with knowledge of complex processes and working capital management.
  • Ability to lead change, mentor others, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated success in finance roles, with expertise in budgeting, control, pricing, analytics, and reporting.
  • Forward-thinking, relationship-oriented, and adept at driving process automation and efficiency.
  • Excellent in Swedish and English, both in writing and spoken word.
