Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
- Prior consulting and banking experience is a strong asset.
- Business analysis and/or project management skills are an asset.
- Experience leading teams and small-to-medium-sized projects with an emphasis on collaboration and coaching.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
