About the role

  • Sales Project Coordinator managing project submissions and customer communications for a leading global flavor and fragrance company. Enhancing consumer experiences through creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • complete project entry including commercial data, technical data and standards
  • use Smart Submission Tools for smaller projects
  • track sampling appointments and prepare quotation documents
  • ensure correct documentation
  • handle communication of pricing
  • initiate and follow up on customer and internal sample selections
  • communicate details directly to customers
  • implement commercial measures
  • manage the project pipeline

Requirements

  • completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • ideally with experience in the fragrance industry
  • very good German and English skills, spoken and written
  • strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • organizational talent and a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • strong interpersonal skills
