Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global production sampling strategy.
- Establish global standards, processes, and governance for production sampling.
- Improve speed, reliability, and scalability of sampling operations.
- Lead global programs such as MES Sampling and Smart Labeling.
- Align production sampling with manufacturing capacity and automation roadmaps.
- Define and track Indicators to improve performance.
- Be the global interface between Operations and Commercial for production sampling.
Requirements
- Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, labs, or supply chain, preferably in the fragrance, food, or chemical industry.
- Experience in global or multi-site environments.
- English language mandatory, French preferred.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience with speed and operational excellence.
