About the role

  • Key Account Manager growing Givaudan's Fine Fragrance business in the Philippines. Engaging local customers, driving sales, and collaborating with teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Givaudan Fine Fragrance business in Philippines with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines.
  • Build engagement with local customers and support our development and perfumery team.
  • Define account, segment strategy, needs, targets, and priorities to win business.
  • Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations.
  • Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission.
  • Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines.
  • Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget for main accounts.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within the Fragrance industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven track record in building a pipeline of fragrance-related projects, including securing new business and leading project execution.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and business development.
  • Solid understanding of consumer and market trends in the fragrance sector.
  • Genuine passion for Fine Fragrance.
  • Skill in determining fragrance notes upon smelling and evaluation would be beneficial.
