Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of organic social strategies
Own the day-to-day execution of our organic social presence
Oversee editorial planning, including the creation, scheduling, and publishing of monthly content calendars
Ideate, create, and execute compelling, on-brand social content and copy
Monitor and analyze social performance, establishing KPIs, benchmarks, and insights to inform optimization and continuous improvement
Manage community engagement across social channels
Stay current on platform updates, tools, and cultural trends
Requirements
2-3 years community management and moderation experience in a consumer driven social and/or digital marketing environment is preferred
Experience with current and emerging social media channels
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva & Sprout Social an asset
Exceptional writing skills
Must have high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
Ability to work successfully both independently and within a team dynamic
Creative thinker with a drive for results
